A full-condo renovation usually runs 10–14 weeks; a landed home, 14–20. We commit to a fixed timeline in your quotation and share weekly progress updates throughout.
Yes. Our quotations are itemised and fixed-scope. If scope changes mid-build, we present a written variation order for your approval before any work continues.
We work across the entire Klang Valley — Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Klang, Subang, Damansara, Mont Kiara, Setia Alam and surrounding neighbourhoods.
That's exactly how we prefer to work. Owning both design and construction is the only way we can guarantee the finished home matches the drawings.
Yes. All renovation works carry a 12-month defects warranty, and we remain reachable well beyond that. Most of our repeat work comes from past clients.
